Hi, i just bought a EZ-Comand DCC controller, and i have a N scale Kato EMD E8/9A locomotive. Will the decoder that i mentioned under the (subject) work on the EZ Comand?
From the E-Z Command Instruction Manual
"NOTE: DUE TO THE ARRAY OF DCC DECODERS AND VARYING LEVELS OF SOPHISTICATION, CONTROL OF
SOME FUNCTIONS MAY BE LIMITED. CONSULT THE MANUFACTURER?S INSTRUCTIONS THAT CAME WITH
YOUR DECODER TO DETERMINE WHICH FUNCTIONS ARE CONTROLLED BY WHICH NUMBER BUTTONS".
Programming of decoders with E-Z Command is very limited.
