Title: Good customer service

I have a Spectrum Richmond 4-4-0 that had a couple wires between the tender and loco that inadvertently cut. I sent Bachmann Customer Service a message via the Bachmann site informing them I could use both harnesses or a source for the parts. I also told them the engine had been modified so I know I cannot return it for another. Bachmann service sent me the two harnesses with connectors and a bill. No problem, as I was responsible for the damage. I can mail in a check or call Monday with a credit card number.
