Title: Trying to get repair update

Hey Mr. Bachmann, I've been trying to get someone to talk to me about my #51314 HO Southern Connie 2-8-0 that was returned by mail 4-10-2014 and signed for at Bachmann on 4-11-2014. Can you maybe get me in the right direction? I've emailed and left voice.  many thanks,  John

Call the service department at (215) 533-1600 during operating hours and ask for the service manager.
