I have an On30 DC Shay that I want to convert to DCC Sound. How hard is it to do? Bachmann says they don"t stock parts for this, where can I get parts and what do I need?

Fairly easy, I have installed a few myself. Look at:

and you will see what is required by way of speaker/baffle/decoder for the T-boiler Shay. There are other decoders that can do the same job, from Loksound and Zimo, but at least the Soundtraxx one is the easiest package.
