Title: I want DCC on my ez track layout do I need special track or turnouts for upgrade

Will a DCC locomotive run on ez track do I need to stop now and buy different turnouts and crossings for future upgrades

DCC does not require any special track but standard turnouts need to be powered off of your old power pack. DCC turnouts can be controlled and powered by your DCC system.
