I had the idea that only Annies have metal siderods and valve gear, but I read on some site that the more recent Generation 5 Big Haulers do too. Is this correct? And specifically, does the engine in the Big Hauler Set Pennsylvanian #90082 have metal or plastic siderods and valve gear?

Only Annies have metal siderods. The Pennsylvanian set has plastic siderods, but is a version 5 chassis.
