Title: Little Giants - 30 inch 2-10-2s
Post by: ksivils on September 26, 2015, 07:37:37 PM
Here is a link to video of some of the Rio Turbio 2-10-2s in operation.

I would love to see Bachmann manufacture one of these.  Cool locomotives and a very modern steam operation. Used the Porta modifications.

These little giants pulled some incredibly long trains without double heading.

To add to this, two of the Mitsubishi's 2-10-2's #107 & 119 are being rebuilt for service.

A long term project is to model two of these engine's after I complete! my Henschel 2-8-2
which is progressing a bit at a time. ender done, working on engine chassis. Along with a
WP&Y two dome tank car and a EdeF P&P (Brazil) tank car.
