I have a Big Hauler White Pass #91119 2-4-2, and it looks like the pinion gear, or worm gear, is bad, not sure what to call it, where can I get replacement parts?
Sounds like an oldie - doubtful that parts are still available.

Your 2-4-2 was introduced in 1992 and is long out of production. If Service can't help you might try NWSL( http://nwsl.com/ ) for replacement gears.
You might also try to find a 2-4-2 on ebay and make your old one into a display piece or a dummy. Remember these old units are likely to have problems if they have a lot of running on them.
