i purchased an N scale chessie loco with dummy and caboose p/n 69851. The first one i got had a bad worm gear mount on the rear trucks so i took it back and traded for a new one same p/n. the new one i got don't even move at all.... lights come on but don't even move. whats going on in the quality control department?????????????
