Title: Bachmann #46208 Diesel Horn Oil Tank - Noise Problem

My Bachmann Diesel Horn Oil Storage Tank Model works very well,but has a  "feed back noise" like a crackling sound,coming through like a morse code dash,which is annoying. It is hooked up to the 15volt AC terminal as directions show,but to me it seems like it is getting too much current for the microphone ?. Any clues how to stop this annoying sound ?. Thanks

Mine does the same thing.  I was thinking of somehow rewiring it so it does not have power all the time.

Well, I don't personally own one, so I couldn't be completely sure.
