Title: EZ track noise

Anyone have any simple ideas for deadening EZ Track noise, even just slightly, before I fix the track to plywood? It will be ballasted as well which will make it even noisier.

Dear Cram,
I have become a big believer in indoor/outdoor carpet tape for fastening track down. A double layer should help ameliorate track noise.

I like cheap 100% clear silicone caulk.
From your local big box, or Wally World.
Easy on, easy off.
Stays pliable.

Find which works best for you. Both have merit.
