Title: where to place feeder on turnout

I want to run feeders to my turn outs to (i'm actually running them to other parts of my track so as to not rely on the rerailer terminal plugs anymore) but I do not know the best points to provide power.  for my regular pieces of track I just drill a small hole to each rail right before where the snap track snaps together to join to the next piece.  I am using bachmann turnouts, snap track, DCC friendly (kind with the powered twin coil motors)

Since all three connections are electrically the same, I don't believe it makes a difference.

I would let the distance between feeders be the deciding factor and try to keep them uniform.

If I understand the question correctly, I don't use Bachmann track, you always put track feeders at points end of the switch.

The points are the parts that move, named so because they taper down to points.

He's saying to place the feeders on the end with two rails, not four.

Vizzin for the Snap Track turnouts/switches, is it possible you are overthinking it?  There is an easy way to use the outermost rails to get power to their respective point rails using some small diameter wire and solder. 

Is this all you are looking to do?
