Title: switch

Recently bought North Woods Logger with sound 90122..... switch for sound is suppose to be in the Loco cabin,
cannot find it...HELP

For some reason I think you need to look inside the smokebox door on the front of the boiler. The front should pop off to gain access.

That's pretty much the setup he is looking for Rich....except his is a Mogul not a K27. Similar switch placement.

Figured that but just found this diagram and enlarged it. It is the 2-6-0.
I kept looking for the switch in the cab like the OP mentioned.
Not always easy to find parts in some of the diagrams without enlarging them.

Took awhile, but I found the sound switch on top of the tender.  There's a grey knob on top of the tender near the battery compartment and light.  Rotate it clockwise to turn on and increase volume.  The manual or video did not show the switch location correctly.
