Title: dead motor

I have a bachmann DC doodlebug that the motor has died.I would like to replace it I believe it's a single can motor.what motor do I need to replace it?

Curios. How did you determine the motor is dead? Burnt smell? Shorted power pack when you turn up the control? Resistance check?
