I'd go for the Zephyr Xtra (The model that's replaced the original Zephyr) because unlike the E-Z Command, it can fine-tune the functions of DCC decoders and reset them to factory settings if necessary.

Also consider the NCE powercab.  But you won't be able to run DC only locomotives.  But I want with it anyway

UT4R throttle will work with Zephyr Xtra with UR91 simplex receiver.

The Digitrax UT4R throttle has been discontinued.

It is best to ask Digitrax about their products and the use of it.

Yes I know that UT4R has been discontinued, I use it at the club because the have DIGITRAX. My home layout is what I need something for.

I would go with Digitrax. If your club uses it, you have some help with problems. The UR91 has been discontinued. If you want one, EBAY may be the only place to find one.    Joe

NCE or Digitrax.   Go with the most popular one in your area as that way it's easier to get local help.

While the Bachma, brand is excellent for the "train sets" or as an introductory level system, as that is what it was designed for, if you plan on building a large model railroad, larger than a 4x8 sheet of plywood, then go with one of the two above.

Cheers
