Now that Photobucket as decided to be difficult and charge all users a fee and if you do not pay the fee it seems you cannot upload files from Photobucket, what do people here plan on doing here to post photos?

You could probably open your own website for cheaper than that and post your photos on there.

I have found that I can use any image I posted on deviantART (they have a free, and paid account... I use paid, but both work) as well as any of my photos posted on Facebook.
It's easy to do... just right click on the photo you want, select "copy image location" and then copy it between the "img" prompts, just like you did with photobucket.

Seriously, pretty much any (as in most) social media you use that allows you to post a photo, can host that photo for here.
