I purchased 2 fa2 bachman locos brand new in the box they are labeled dcc ready upon looking further I found they are new old stock built in 2006 I want to dissassemble to oil since they are sitting so long how do I remove the body shell
There should be four screws on the bottom of the chassis, possibly under the fuel tank. You may also need to remove the front coupler.
