Will the Bachmann TCS WSK-BAC-4 WOWKit 1903 ( MADE FOR THE BACHMANN HO 4-4-0 ) function properly if
I HARD WIRE IT INTO MY BACHMANN ON30 MODERN 4-4-0 AMERICAN STEAM LOCO.

Had a look at a picture of the decoder assembly....
I don't see why not.
If it fits into a H0 locomotive it should fit into a 0 scale tender.
