I want to have a couple F7A worked on.
I went to the service , registered and got a pass word, gave info about my repair.
Got the message to check back latter. To log on I have had to get 2 new pass words and at one point it did not accept my e-mail address.
I have had no problem getting hear using the original pass word even though it has been changed 3 times.
Is logging on hear separate from log on for service?
Where do I find access to my account?

I did find out one thing.
Although the pass word they sent came to the IN BOX all the fallowing one went to SPAM. I must have caused the problem.
