I have a HO Acela with dcc on board and would like to add sound.
What would be the best and easiest speaker to use and where would be the best place to install it
Does anyone make a sound decoder that just makes a "Whoosh" sound??

Honestly the only normally audible sounds it makes are the bell and horn for the most part. No one makes a specific decoder for it. I would not recommend installing sound just for a bell and horn.
