I purchased the Point-to-Point reversing track set to include a trolley in my Christmas Village. The system works well, however I have a question as to whether there might be a modification that I could make. My layout is only about 8 feet in length. The way the track set is manufactured essentially makes a foot on each side useless. The trolley cannot move all the way to the "bumper" but ends its route at the beginning of the connection between the "A-B" track and the "B-B" track. Is there any way to shorten the "B-B" track and ignore the bumpers? I could then just add another two pieces of auto reverse track in between and the trolley would move from one end of the village to the next. Any thoughts?
You can substitute any length regular E-Z Track section for the "B-B" track sections and bumpers or not use them as they are not part of the auto-reversing circuit. Add auto-reversing track sections to increase the length of the auto-reversing run.
