Title: Whistle Bell Controller Activation Button

Just got a 3 car crown edition RDC the horn activates with the horn handle on my transformer however says requires a button to activate bell! I can't seem to locate one HELP  :o

You could look for a Lionel 6-5906 Sound Activation button on eBay. Or, if you have basic soldering skills, you could make your own. It's just diodes and a normally closed button. Like this:

Note: The button in the drawing is shown in the open position, which activates the sound, but it is a normally closed button. Closed, it just lets power flow to the tracks normally. Opened, an offset current is created which activates the sound.

The circuit is wired in series with the center rail connection. Wired as labeled in the drawing, it activates the whistle. Reversing the connections activates the bell if you already have a whistle control.
