Looks like trucks and handrails are not listed. You might try calling the Bachmann parts department directly - they sometimes have access to parts that are no longer available from the website. Although, since it's been years since that model was last produced, the pickings may be slim.

Yeah i have contacted parts team and they said that if its not listed on the website they would not have it
What about using parts from another manufacturer?

Maybe Shapeways?
Maybe a skin graft.
Looks like your best option is a donor from an auction site or possibly a train show.
@TJ suggestion for n scale yard scale...is a good option, I have purchased many times from them.
