Are the Bachmann E-Z Commnad decoders E-Z App and/or BlueRail compatible?

While the Bachmann E-Z Command decoder and E-Z App / BlueRail circuit board use same form of electrical power (DCC or DC), they use different electronic technology and firmware for control -- thus they are not compatible.
