I have a question about payment for repair orders. I recently sent a Spectrum DD40AX in for repairs. The engine was fixed and returned to me. I had purchased this engine second hand so I knew it was out of warranty and that I would have to pay for the repairs. I want to first of all say that Bachmann's service department is absolutely fantastic to work with. I could not be happier with the service I received. My only question is how do I go about paying for this? The engine was returned to me and it said the payment method was C.O.D. I thought this meant that the mail carrier would not give me the package until I had given them the payment. I did get the package, but have not paid yet. How do I do about getting payment to the company for the fantastic service I received. Thanks very much.
