Title: Shell removal 4-8-4 Niagara

Three screws OUT,
nothing budges, pried sides at tabs, shell spreads but totally stuck.
Video?

Anything from you, Mr. Bach Man?

No one`has taken a shell off a 4-8-4 Niagara successfully?

Okay - here's the procedure:
Remove the lead and trailing trucks.
There is a hole in the chassis under the lead truck - remove the screw that is deep in there attached to the boiler.
Remove the three screws that hold the plate on that is located under the cab and carefully lift the plate but don't pull on the connection wires attached to it.
There are two screws under that plate (one on each side) that need to be removed.
The chassis will now drop out.
