Looks light the bulb is burned out. Can they be changed? Looks like it is wired direct.
I saw a short discussion some time ago here. It is a 12 volt light bulb. as I recall.
One person put in a LED and a 1k resistor. You could get a blinking LED and not worry about a bulb burning out again.
