It looks like Bachmann needs to update their "Parts, Service & Information" web page. There is a link for "Soundtraxx Decoder CVs", but it goes to a dead page on the soundtraxx website (https://soundtraxx.com/factory/bachmann.php).

If N scale 4-8-2 Light Mountain DCC Econami SoundValue decoder equipped – I just looked and it is not yet listed in the SoundTraxx website Bachmann page.

Use CV 114 to adjust the cadence of the exhaust chuff to match your locomotive's drive wheels rotation. Read CV 114 for starting value.  Higher value increases chuff rate  - lower value slows chuff rate.

Use programming on main -  Run locomotive without load on level track at the lowest speed the locomotive will run without jerking.  Once CV 114 is set the decoder will automatically adjust the cadence of the chuff to compensate for changes in motor load and speed.
