Have you checked Shapways? I am told he makes quite a few parts for On20

Thanks for your reply, but Shapeways did not have a
Locomotive tender sand box (for back of tender)

Precision Scale Co. has a couple of sander boxes for a Shay that might work. Look on page 240 (Sanders).
