Title: On30 Diesel
Post by: aussie30inch on December 21, 2007, 07:17:15 AM
Hello everyone

Just had a thought ,Mr Bachmann has the company given any thought to a larger Diesel Loco to the range? Maybe a GE 70 tonner  like the ones Southern Pacific used on their narrow gauge opperation.Just a thought.

And a merry Christmas to all where ever you are from Down Under ;D

I would like one too, but as i feel there is not enough intrest. That chance maybe verry low. So im planning to do a cab conversion on the Bachmann HO GE 70 ton diesel. I just need to find the yellow unletterd one first.

This isn't a Bachmann locomotive but International Models has a GE 25 ton kit with a SPUD-type power truck available. Very nice. I took two of those and built a nice replica of a 45-ton GE two truck diesel. Pictures are available to anyone inquiring.
