Well I got a new Train set for Christmas, The wife got me a newfangled train set. DDC seems so new. I have not had a layout for 20 years although I saved everything when I had to make room for more family. Now with the family much smaller it is time to build a whole new Layout. The new railroad will be called the Walla Walla and Wallula Short Line. Yes folks that is two real places! Cannot wait two try out open girders with foam. Wish me luck and do not be shy with any advice you can give to this old timer!

What scale? Sound or non sound?
Not all old stuff is compatible with DCC today.
Couplers might be different. Sometimes track is different. DC and DCC really different.
