There are three PCB's for the HO GP40. What are the reasons for this?

You need an image hosting site to upload photos to most forums, not only the Bachmann forums.
Photo Bucket is one of them.
Look down a few forums for instructions. General Questions forum with no explanation.
Bachmann does make changes in their locos.
