Are there replacement parts for manual turnouts, the (switch machine) that operates the track direction when the Directional Box button is operated?
I don't know, to me that is as clear as mud. What part do you need replaced?
If it's a straight manual turnout, you have to move the lever by hand to change routes, no upgrade parts are available to add a motor. If it's a powered turnout, with motor already installed, the only replacement part is the control button.

A manual switch is not able to be controlled by a switch control box because it has no switch machine. You need a remote control switch that has the switch machine already mounted. Looking in both the parts lists and the product reference sheets i can find neither parts nor documentation for EZ Track switch machines of any sort.
