I recently contacted your parts department regarding replacement parts for my 2 truck Climax and was directed to the this format.
I am in need of the parts for the differential drive assembly for the front truck.
Are parts available for the 2 truck Climax ?
If so how can I order the required parts ?

Yes ... these parts are not listed.
I have the part numbers from the Bachmann Parts diagram.
If they are just gears, NWSL might have them.
Maybe, just maybe, Bachmann might repair or replace your loco.
Bachmann did replace a HO 44 ton dual motor with cracked gear some years ago. I got a single motor DCC ready.
