Title: No traction on my new 4-8-4

When I set my Bachmann HO 4-8-4 GS4 Steam Loco on the track, the drive wheels turn but not enough traction to make the loco run in either direction. How can I adjust this, or do I have to send into Bachmann Service and have them do it?

Is something dragging under the loco?

No, nothing is dragging under the loco. Kind of like the front and rear trucks are holding it up where the drivers aren't setting on the rails.

Is this a new loco with foam between the trucks for packing?
