What brand/colour number is the Pullman Green on the Colorado and Southern passenger cars? I have True Color Paint TCP-4070. Is this close?

Dear Pony,
As I recall, when I did the prototypes, I used Floquil and oversprayed it with semi-gloss.
I don't have Tru-color to look at.
