I know of the Sam's Club Northern Lights Big Hauler set from around 2007, but would like to know if Bachmann made any other holiday set with Christmas LED lights including from factory.

That set was the only one made with LED color lights and I know of no other individual product made with color led lights that were sold separately from the set. If you find that set cheap the locomotive would be compatible for swapping out with the ones you described in your earlier post.
