Title: IT ARRIVED LAST NIGHT
Post by: panthr on January 09, 2008, 01:14:12 PM
IT WAS LIKE THE DAD IN CHRISTMAS STORY GETTING THAT LEG DELIVERED.
PICTURES DON'T DO JUSTICE.  THE K-27 IS OUTSTANDING.   THE LAST ENGINE I PURCHASED WAS THE 2-8-0, NOT EVEN IN THE SAME BALLBARK. ACCUCRAFT HAS SOMETHING TO WORRY ABOUT

At a best price of 3 1/2 times more than I paid for my Connie it better not be in the same ball park.

Yeah, the K-27 is one nice unit. I received mine last Monday but had to set it aside because I am in the process of converting my two Connie's over to AirWire and P5 boards. The 2-8-0's are extremely well built and reliable engines. They and the new K-27 compliment each other quite well. I will soon be converting the K-27 to AirWire and P5, will see if it is as easy as the Connie's.
