i have heard that the 800 number for service is often not answered at Bachmann. i remember another number being posted at sometime or other, but in a search, i was unable to find it. Does anyone know the "other number" that could be reached for service.

yah good luck getting through i have call 3 times and left to messages for the last 3 days no call back or anything
