:o I am looking for Toad in HO - OO scale. :-\ I was on eBay just the other week and one was there but now it is GONE!! :-[

I know it says out of stock, but these guys can get them over the pond to you.
there is this thing on ebay that allows you to put up a post and other buyers will try and find you one of that item(Toad). If you get it grom the uk it will cost you some money.

Why hasn't anybody thought of ordering one directly from the Hornby
website or the Bachmann UK website? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???
One thing quite handy on www.bachman.co.uk (http://www.bachman.co.uk) is that when you look through the products it tells you weather there in stock or not. This means if they are in the UK warehouse or not. So if its out of stock its eather in lots of shops or not in the country!

Because if you live in the U.S. you can't order directly from those sites. I don't think they import their products.

:D You are correct, I have been on the Bachmann UK site & I cannot get itmes sent to the US :-[ They didn't have what I wanted either. No worries there are other sources out there & the internet is a great place to search. I spent about 1 hour until I found the sight (link previously posted) that has Toad & several other itmes I am interested in. NOW THE KICKER, the US $ is at an all time LOW therefore the cost is going to be great BUT I want them so...... :-\

They don't.
go 2 the link and it has a pic of thomas and it sez its a dcc equipped thomas.
That was most likely equipped by the retailer itself. Bachmann doesn't produce DCC equipped Thomas & Friends as far as I know.
