Any chance Bachmann is planning on offering the E33 they make in HO in N scale? Or the E44? I'd be willing to bash a 33 into a 44 if necessary...
Bashing one from a diesel is possible, although the truck sideframes won't be quite right.

This seems like a pefect thing for Bachmann to make, especially with the Kato GG-1 coming out, which willl warm modlers up to the idea of running electrics. In addition, Bachmann has already done the prototype research, it just needs to be tooled (although maybe with the correct Conrail paint this time?). Bachmann really has an opperatunity here, as neither an E33 nor an E44 has ever been produced in N scale, even in brass.
