Title: Tender Type
Post by: Pacific Northern on April 11, 2008, 02:50:48 PM
There was another thread regarding 4-8-4's and their tender types which reminded me of a NP picture of a 4-8-4.

This is obviously not a Vandy tender, what is the description of this tender. It certainly is streamlined.

There is even a drawing available for this tender.

Thanks, GN.2-6-8-0, thought that may be the type.

Like I mentioned that is one nice streamlined tender.

All the search results say Southern Pacific and Spectrum. The search was very interesting. I searched for Hicken tender and most of what came up was "chicken tenders".  :)  Now I am hungry.
