Been looking around for a long time and noticed almost none of the online stores carry readily available stock of N scale Bachmann engines and rolling stock. Does anyone know where to get this item below?

Do a Google search for "Bachmann 70180" and you'll get ~10 pages of hits, most of them have an online presence. If you use eBay at all, try a search in "thefavoritespot"'s online store.
