Hi Was wondering how many actual inches long is item 89831 long tender usra?Thanks.

I don't have one to measure, and can't find any specs. I know several members have the long tender, I'll bump you to the top and maybe someone will comment on this.

Chassis length is 4 3/4", give or take.  AYou'll need to add on the drawbar and rear coupler faces.

I have a 6 1/2 " Bachman tender couple to a Bachman 2-10-4 . Must be the longest tender that Bachman made . Does it belong behind that loco?

Dunno your prototype but any length tender could go behind (almost) any engine.
