hi im starting my first dcc layout and i was wondering if you can control the turnouts from the e-z command and if so how
thanks for everybodys help
I believe the EZ Command can not activate switches. Bachmann makes switches with decoders, but you will need a different DCC system. I'm not too fond of DCC operated switches, since you have to remember all those different numbers, as opposed to using your finger.
what would you suggest for controling the trunouts
Who makes the turnouts?
bachmann e-z track
so should i get a boster cause i plan on running a-b-a set plus 2 or 3 more trains but not all the same time
Hunt's above comment is right on.
I use 6 turnout and 2 DCC engines and one DC engine at the same time.
Caveat running small loop within a larger loop and several turnouts to work tracks.
Command DCC powered system - all works grand.
Try with what you have before you buy more power.

what would be the best way to control the turnouts automaticly
My reply again would be the E-Z Command; have the Dynamis but for me the Command works best.
