hi there chaps,i have been thinking that on30,might be the way for a smaller outdoor layout,any ideas,or suggestions on track,and does any one have any sound samples,of the bachmann locos with the factory sound,i cant seem to find any,im ok with large scale,but not up with on30,any help is great,thanks,peter in auzzie :) :) :)
Bachmann's decoder with sound factory installed in On30 is an OEM decoder with digital sound per prototype based on SoundTraxx Tsunami digital sound technology. Bachmann sound will be similar to the Tsunami sound samples on SoundTraxx website. http://www.soundtraxx.com/products/dcc/tsunamisound.htm
For track outside... contact Peco http://www.peco-uk.com/index.htm to determine if their current line of O-16.5 (On30) track is suitable for outside use.
