Title: Will this work with the DCC EZ Command System?

DCC Sound-Equipped 4-6-0 Locomotive.  Can I control all of its functions?

You can control speed, direction, program an address and control 8 sound functions (F1 through F8).

When you say program and address could you give an example of what you mean--how it would be used?

The decoder comes factory set to address 3. To change that address to, say, 2, simply follow the directions on the DVD that came with your EZ-Command system.
