I have aquired a Bachmann n scale electric train I would like to know more about. It appears very old and in excellent shape, and I would like to know if anyone knows when it was manufactured and where. The case has a plack that reads GP - 40 DIESEL 5 CAR SET WITH POWER PACK NO. 4326 - 2500 SANTA FE.
Any one know anything about this. thanks
What is stamped on the locomotive's fuel tank: Hong Kong or China? If it's China, it's about 20 years old at the most. If it's Hong Kong, it could about 40 years old maximum. Here's a good reference site for anything N-scale related: http://www.visi.com/~spookshow/bachgp40.html
