For the water, I would suggest Woodland Scenics, name brand, quality, and trusted.

Well, which version are you going for? The RWS version, the pre-S5 version, or the post-S5 version? If you're doing RWS or the pre-S5, use Edward. The post-S5 version, Salty and Cranky.
I think I might try the TV version using a combination of pre-S5 and post-S5.
