My dt 400r is not sending radio waves. The radio works on my ut4r but not on my dt400r. Please help

Replace the battery in the throttle with a new one.
Still having problem...
Try with the throttle plugged into the UR-91 and tell Digitrax if it works or not and what the display shows.

It works when it is plugged in and the batterry has 8 volts thanks
Have you successfully used this DT400R with a radio receiver before? Or did you (or maybe a previous owner) use it only with IR? It is possible your DT400R has the radio turned off. See the option switch section of your DT400R manual. If you cannot find your manual, you can download the DB150 or the DSC100 manual from the Digitrax website. Both have sections on the DT400R.
